In our classes you will learn the effective use of:
•Kicks, elbows, knees and other strikes
•Chokes, grabs and holds defenses
•Joint manipulations, joint locks
•Non-lethal restraint and control techniques
•Participants will learn to develop the self-defense mindset that is needed to survive any attack.
Our head instructor Sufu Hashim has over 40 years of Martial Arts training, 13 years in the law enforcement field, has trained the world renowned Guardian Angels, Massachusetts branch, founded the CP (Citizen’s Patrol) instructed them in unarmed safety and security measures. Served as loss prevention officer in a major Drug store chain, has served as armed escort in large department stores for employees making money drops. The list doesn't stop there. Feel confident that when you participate in any of our classes and courses you will learn to protect yourself and still have fun doing it!
We offer boxing, American kick Boxing, cardio style kick boxing training, fitness and weight loss conditioning, tournament fighting, submission grappling and self defense for the entire family!

What is LLC?
Little Lion Cubs.
We have a very special and fun program for the little ones. Our LLC program is designed for 3 to 6 years old. Its about learning to follow directions, Discipline, learning to work with your peers and problem solving. And of course running jumping and kicking and having tons of fun. So when you sign your little ones up make sure their energy level is up and he or she is ready to roll and I do mean roll. This great program is two days a week, and 45 mins of fun filled activity!
